ZGen100 DNA Ladder (Ready to use) is consisted of the following 13 DNA fragments: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 bp, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 bp. The intensity of the 500 bp, 1 kb, 1.5 kb, 2 kb, 3 kb band has been increased to yield an internal reference indicator.

DNA Size Markers are a mixture of 13 DNA bands ranging in size from 250bp to 10kb in ready-to-load form supplied in gel loading buffer. The recommended  amount for loading (1μl) produces bands of high resolution for easy size estimation of PCR products.

6X DNA Loading Buffer with Orange G and Xylene Cyanol FF is included for convenience to prepare PCR samples for agarose gel electrophoresis. The tracking dyes do not interfere with UV illumination of ethidium fromide stained gels.
